TERMS & FAQS
1. Pick your selected pieces and choose either a 4, 7, 10 or 12 day rental period
2. Read and accept our T&Cs, add to bag and complete your payment
3. You will receive an email confirmation and we will post out your item Special Delivery before 1pm for your chosen dates
4. The price of each item includes your rental period, dry cleaning and postage. You are responsible for paying the return postage. On the final day of your rental, you agree to post the item back Special Delivery on that day, emailing or DMing us on IG the tracking number. You do not have to worry about cleaning your item as that is included in the price, however, please check the T&Cs for information on lost, damaged or mistreated items.
Rent, return, repeat!
At this moment we cannot offer try-ons, this is a service we will be introducing in the coming months.

We aim for your item to be delivered on or before the day your chosen rental period begins.
If you are renting from ROI we recommend you place your order at least a week in advance to allow extra time for postage
Our terms and conditions are applicable to all gift card and hire credit rentals. You cannot use your gift card balance to pay for damages, repairs or replacement costs.
After you receive your tracking number via email you can go in and update where you would like your parcel to be left.
It is your responsibility to ensure you or someone at your property is available to receive your order or to organise a safe place with Royal Mail using the tracking number provided.
If you choose to have your item left in a safe place or with a neighbour, it is left at your own risk.
The day before your rental period ends we will email you the return address. Your garment must be posted back to us on the final day of your hire with Special Delivery.
You must use a tracked service for insurance purposes and hold onto your tracking number until your hire has arrived back with us. If your hire does not come back to us and you have not provided a tracking number, it will be presumed stolen and you will be charged the RRP of your item/s.
If we do not receive the garment 2-3 days after your final day of hire and a tracking number has not be provided- late fees will occur. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage fees. Notify us via DM or email of the tracking number.
If you are posting from the ROI - please post on your final day with the 1-2 working day postage option to Northern Ireland. You are responsible for the return postage fees and notify us via DM or email of the tracking number.

PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF TO OUR RETURN ADDRESS - YOU MUST RETURN YOUR HIRE VIA POST
If your hire has not arrived back with us 3 days after your rental period ends and we have not received a tracking number, this is now considered a late return.
For every day your item is late to return after the third day, late fees will occur.
For every day your item is late you will be charged 50% of the rental price.
If the item is not returned within 7 days from the day your rental ended (and a tracking number has not been provided), the item will be presumed stolen and you will be charged up to the retail price of the garment.
If your hire does not fit, please contact us immediately the day your garment arrives (this is usually the day before or the day your hire starts) via email (info@selectedbycg.com)
We will send you the return address and the item must be posted back to us the SAME DAY and a tracking number provided.
When your unworn garment is returned, we will email you a credit note minus a £6 cancellation fee.
The credit note is valid for 6 months from the day you receive it.
THESE STEPS MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A CREDIT NOTE
We do not issue refunds.
You are responsible for the care of the garment during the rental period. If the garment gets damaged in any way you will send us a photograph via IG DM or email (info@selectedbycg.com) to show us, no matter how big or small, before returning the garment.
This includes:
- Fake tan stains
- Makeup stains
- Drinks stains
- Broken zips
- Missing buttons
- Missing beads
- Rips in the garment
- Loose threading
You will not be charged for small damages however you must let us know.
We take photographs and notes of the condition of every item before we wrap it up to send you. If you have an issue with the condition of your hire - it must be reported to us via email the day it arrives with you (this is usually the day before or the day your hire begins)
To cancel your order please contact us via email (info@selectedbycg.com) at least 72 hours prior to dispatch. We will email you a credit note to use on any of our items that expires 6 months from the day you receive it.
If you cancel within the 72 hours prior to dispatch - you will not be entitled to a credit note as your item will most likely already be on it's way to you.
We do not issue refunds.
We have no control over damaged or late returns and in this case we may have to cancel your hire, please bare this in mind when renting.
If we have to cancel your hire due to damage or late returns - we will issue a full refund.
